Cancellation Policy
50% of the scheduled service will be applied for all no-shows or any cancellations notified less than 24-hours to the scheduled appointment time.
Please be aware if you are running more than 15 minutes late you may lose a portion of your service time or be required to reschedule in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
